Refund policy

Do you accept Refunds or Exchanges? 

Due to the handmade nature of each item, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if your item is damaged in the mail please send me an email to Kateandbelleco@gmail.com along with photos. I will be happy replace the damaged item at no charge to you. Please read each item description carefully to make sure you purchased the correct item.
